The vocation of Organoesis, as well as its objectives and working methods, are influenced by the spirit, concepts and commitments of the philosopher Bernard Stiegler (1952-2020).
Continuing to work on the projects he opened up, the collective intends to pursue the research begun alongside him, without limiting itself to it. In this way, Organoesis is attempting to combine the theoretical demands which Bernard Stiegler has encouraged us with, with contributory projects and concrete practices, carried out on a more or less local scale, according to the aspirations and knowledge of each and every one of us.
Bernard Stiegler confronted fundamental research with contemporary social, technological, economic and political issues, in order to reinvent philia in the face of the upheavals of the “absence of time” we are in, and to usher in a new era: that of the “Neguanthropocene”.
The various works of the collective are set in that spirit.
